Getting Started
The process is simple. Click “Apply Now” on any page to access our secure online application — it takes about 5 minutes to complete. After submitting the application, you'll receive a call to go over your last 3 bank statements, and an approval decision can come in as little as 30–60 minutes.
To get your initial quote, you only need your last 3 months of business bank statements. Once you're approved, we'll request: a state-issued photo ID, a voided check, and proof of company ownership. For larger loan amounts, we may also request tax returns and financial statements.
Approval decisions can happen in as little as 30–60 minutes for Working Capital Loans. Once approved and your agreement is signed, funds are typically deposited into your account within 1–3 business days.
Loan Programs
We offer Startup Capital (680 credit score, no revenue required), Working Capital Loans ($5K–$5M), Merchant Cash Advance ($2K–$2M), Real Estate Investor Loans (up to $15M), Invoice Factoring, a 100K Term Loan, and a 250K Term Loan. Each program has different eligibility requirements. Visit our Products & Services page for full details on each.
Our Working Capital Loan program goes up to $5,000,000, our Merchant Cash Advance goes up to $2,000,000, our 100K Term Loan goes up to $100,000, our 250K Term Loan goes up to $250,000, and our Real Estate Investor Loans go up to $15,000,000. The amount you qualify for depends on your monthly revenue, time in business, and credit history.
Working Capital Loans and Merchant Cash Advances are advances designed to resolve cash flow gaps, repaid over 1–24 months from your daily/weekly/monthly revenue — Working Capital has no minimum credit score, and MCA accepts scores as low as 550. Term Loans (our 100K and 250K programs) have more traditional structures with defined repayment periods; the 250K program requires a 650+ credit score and longer time in business.
Credit & Qualifications
Yes — and this is what makes SBLC unique. Our Startup Capital program is designed for exactly that. With a credit score of 680 or above, you can apply on Day 1 of your business — no revenue history, no collateral, no years-in-business requirement. Just a credit score of 680 and an application. This is a program that virtually no other lender in the market offers.
It depends on the program. Startup Capital requires a 680+ credit score (but no revenue history needed). Working Capital Loans and the 100K Term Loan have no minimum credit score — approval is based on revenue and time in business instead. Merchant Cash Advance accepts scores as low as 550. Only the 250K Term Loan requires 650+ credit.
You still have options. Our Working Capital and 100K Term Loan programs have no minimum credit score requirement — approval is based on your revenue ($5,000+/month) and time in business (6+ months) instead. Our Merchant Cash Advance accepts credit scores as low as 550. If you have a 680+ score but limited revenue history, our Startup Capital program may be the better fit.
For Startup Capital: none — just a 680 credit score. For Working Capital Loans and the 100K Term Loan: a minimum of $5,000 in monthly revenue. For the Merchant Cash Advance: $7,500 in monthly deposits. For the 250K Term Loan: a minimum of $15,000 in monthly revenue.
For Startup Capital: one day — no time in business required. For Working Capital Loans and the 100K Term Loan: 6 months or more. For the 250K Term Loan: 2 years or more.
We fund virtually every industry including trucking, cannabis, real estate, restaurants, retail, healthcare, technology, staffing, and non-profits. The only exclusion is gun shops. Even some non-profits and cannabis businesses may qualify.
Rates & Repayment
A factor rate (also called a buy rate) is used instead of a traditional interest rate for our Working Capital and Merchant Cash Advance programs. To calculate your total repayment, simply multiply your loan amount by the factor rate — for example, a $100,000 advance at a 1.15 factor rate means $115,000 total repayment. You'll know your exact repayment amount upfront with no surprises. Your specific factor rate depends on your revenue, time in business, and credit profile.
No! There is no prepayment penalty on any of our programs. In fact, if you pay off your loan early, you may be eligible for a discount. We reward businesses that pay ahead of schedule.
Repayment terms range from 1 to 24 months. You can choose the schedule that works best for your business: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments. We will work with you to find a structure that fits your cash flow.
No collateral is required for our Working Capital Loans and 100K Term Loan programs. You do not need to put up personal or business assets to secure the loan.
Invoice Factoring
Invoice factoring is a financing method where you sell your outstanding invoices (money customers owe you) to a factoring partner in exchange for immediate cash. Instead of waiting on clients to pay, you get funded quickly based on your invoice volume. It's especially popular in trucking, staffing, and B2B service businesses.
Invoice factoring is not technically a loan — it's an advance against money already owed to your business. Because you're not borrowing based on credit, there's no minimum credit score requirement. You get paid faster without taking on traditional debt.
